Smoothing hair mask Dawn (Jutrzenka)

Smoothing mask ideal for medium to highly porous, rough and frizzy hair. The mask's recipe contains a preponderance of emollients. It will effectively regenerate, smooth and shine dry and damaged hair strands. It will optimally weigh down the hair, making it shiny, smooth and soft to the touch. It will make hair rebuilt, shiny and easier to manage.

The Roots series was inspired by the tradition of herbalism and the rich history of Slavic roots. The name of the mask derives from the Slavic goddess of dawn and dawn, who lives in the palace of the sun, and who travels through the sky every morning on a beautiful, very delicate chariot, harnessed to a pair of pink horses - the Goddess of Dawn (Aurora)

In the formula of the mask we used extracts and oils from Slavic herbs and flowers such as thistle, rosemary, thyme, alfalfa, poppy seeds, flax seeds and apricot kernels with advanced technological ingredients with proven effects.

The formula of the mask is enriched with amber extract, known as the “stone of the sun”. Amber has found its way into modern hair care due to its moisturizing and conditioning properties.

It has hair-strengthening properties.
It was used in magic and in folk medicine, and was a remedy against evil powers, witches.

Rosemary
It has a cleansing and revitalizing effect on hair.
It was used in love magic - if a girl manages to jam a sprig of rosemary into the shirt on the chest of a desired boy, then she can be sure that he will reciprocate her love. It also had protective powers and helped cope with the problems of everyday life.

Thyme
Thyme extract cleanses the scalp and hair and has a conditioning effect on the hair.
Thyme was believed to purify and heal the body. When carried in a pouch, it healed, bestowed strength, energy and courage.

Lucerne
Alfalfa extract strengthens and accelerates hair growth.
In folklore, its leaves, are an amulet against supernatural beings.

Marigold
Marigold extract makes hair supple and moisturized.
Among the Slavs, marigold was considered a powerful plant. It supported, protected and marked time.

Poppy Seed Oil

In Slavic folk tradition, poppy was a plant that allowed to cross the boundary between life and death, a plant of rebirth of the life forces of nature, but also of abundance.

For many Slavic tribes, amber was a symbol of the Sun, life and fertility. Its golden glow was associated with divine energy and power, which protected people from evil. This is why it is called , “the stone of the sun”. It is believed to bring us serenity and help us stay strong.

The Story of the Goddess Dawn (Aurora)

One day in the Velan Perun Hills the Goddess met with Perunic. And Perunic said to him that his father had destined Watra for him. Bozyk wanted to lash out at him to settle with a fight who was more worthy of it. However, it turned out that Perunic wanted Aurora, the sister of the Goddess. The gods came to an agreement, and the conclusion of this alliance was accompanied by the lightning and thunder of the coming Storm. They decided to kidnap their chosen ones together. As they agreed, so they did, and since they wanted their wives to be as comfortable as in their mother's home, they asked Swarosaurus to give them his Solar Heavenly Lock.

Denga and Swaroshik seeded their sister Vatra to Godunic and, with Swarosh and Swara's consent, married her to him. Perunic and Godunic lured Aurora out of the Luminous Tyn of Daboga. As soon as she came out, they both kidnapped her and seduced her to Heaven. Aurora took only three roses from her fathers' house, which she managed to break off in her mother's garden. She cried over them, and they, sprinkled with her tears, blossomed, giving a memory of home and freedom. Aurora refused to love the Young Thunderer for anything. The enraged Perunic broke the roses, and instead of helping his sister, the Goddess still trampled them. He embezzled from his own home and was cursed by his mother. In despair and fear, Aurora gave herself to Perunic.

This is how the two Star Gods, having broken the roses, possessed and imprisoned the kidnapped goddesses in the Castle of the Sun. Aurora became the wife of Perunic, and Watra became the wife of Goddess.

Both goddesses took up residence in the Sun Castle, sharing the misery together. Perunic constantly held feasts, but Aurora did not enjoy herself at his side. Still grumbling, she looked longingly toward Earth. Three springs beat in the court of the Sun, three clear ponds with crystal water gladdened the eyes, and from them three rivers flowed, surrounding the close with a compact ring. At the first, the Sunny one, skittish horses fasted, at the second, the Golden one, skittish cows, and on the third, the Starry one, thickets and teasel (water lilies) grew. On the pond, on the petals of the lilies, Aurora swam, glass goblets in the spring washed and shed tears.

When Watra got caught up in everything, she flared up with terrible anger. She stopped liking the idol who had delivered her own sister to such misery. She turned her hatred towards her husband. The two goddesses agreed that if the opportunity arose, they would flee. Chorsinec-Earth in his silver boat often sailed near the Solar Castle. On one occasion, his boat bobbed on the blue wools and came to the manor, and this was in the absence of Perunic and Goddard. Then he heard beautiful singing, a sad and tender song, hummed in a sweet voice, and thought that it was some kind of witchcraft deceiving him. He looked through the barred window and spotted Aurora. She was the one singing like that, drenched in tears. He fell in love with her at first sight.

From then on he came often and slipped into his lover's chamber caressing her body with a gentle glow. She confided in him how much she was suffering, how she hated her husband and that her only consolation was the rose she had saved and which she secretly tended in the heavenly garden. Finally, she asked Khorsinets to help both her and Watra escape. He agreed. He promised to arrive the next night with Silver, the son of Źrzeba-Makosz, a mount faster than Strzybog himself - the Lord of the Winds. And so it happened.
